Psychiatrist

Menelaos Koumbis is a Consultant Psychiatrist who completed his specialty training at “Evangelismos” General Hospital of Athens.

He has clinical experience in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic spectrum disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as substance- and alcohol-related disorders.

He has attended postgraduate seminars in clinical psychopathology and psychopharmacology and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), approaching each clinical case with scientific rigor and emphasis on the individualized needs of each patient.

Dr. Koumbis has participated in conferences and scientific meetings as a speaker, maintaining an active and ongoing presence within the scientific community. At the same time, he voluntarily provides medical services to patients in the Greek islands and also runs a private psychiatric practice in Athens.
