Artemis Aletra

Artemis Aletra is a Social Worker and Psychotherapist. She graduated from the Department of Social Work of the School of Health and Welfare Professions at the Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Athens.

In 2015, she specialized in Special Education and Parent Counseling at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

In 2016, she began postgraduate training in Systemic Family and Couple Psychotherapy at the University Mental Health Research Institute (E.P.I.PSY).

In 2011, she completed her first internship at the Greek Council for Refugees. In 2012, she completed her second internship at the IKA-ETAM Child Mental Health Center. In 2014, she continued her professional training at Kipinapuisto Playpark in Helsinki, Finland, and later at the “Agia Varvara” Child Care Center of Mitera.

In 2015, she volunteered at the Center for the Treatment of Dependent Individuals (KETHEA), Family Unit, serving as a Social Worker and Co-Therapist.

In 2016, she worked at the “IPIONI” Psychosocial Rehabilitation Unit – “Estia” Residential Facility, while also practicing as a Psychotherapist and participating as a member of the P.P.S.A. team (Home Psychiatric Care Unit).

In 2017, she completed her clinical training as a Psychotherapist at the Psychiatric Clinic of Attikon University Hospital (Family Outpatient Clinic).

Since 2018, she has been working as a Social Worker at the “Panagia Grigorousa” Neuropsychiatric Clinic.
