Insomnia
Insomnia causes difficulty in initiating or maintaining sleep. It appears either as the primary disorder or as symptom of another condition (secondary).
It is a particularly disturbing disorder, which affects one in ten or one in twenty people every night. If not properly addressed, insomnia can reduce a person’s energetic ability, disrupt the function of memory, negatively affect brain function and pose serious health hazards.
Improvement of eating habits, coping with stress, healthy sleep and the treatment of mental disorders involved, usually restore sleep.
